At AS Designs Galaxy, we sell digital products — HTML and React website templates. Once you download a template, it's yours. That's why, like most digital product stores, all sales are final after download. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
2. No Refunds After Download
Because digital files can't be returned, we don't offer refunds once you've downloaded or accessed your template. It's like buying an eBook or software — once you have the file, the transaction is complete.
3. Limited Exceptions
We're reasonable people. If something is genuinely wrong on our end, we'll make it right. Refunds may be considered only in these cases:
- You paid successfully but never received your download link
- A major technical issue makes the template completely unusable (and we can't fix it)
- The product is significantly different from what was described or shown in the live demo
4. When We Won't Refund
To be transparent, these situations don't qualify for refunds:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You didn't realize coding knowledge might be needed
- The template doesn't match your personal taste or style
- You bought the wrong product by accident
- You expected features that weren't listed in the description
- Compatibility issues with third-party tools we don't control
5. Try Support First
Before asking for a refund, please reach out. Most issues can be resolved quickly. We're happy to help with installation, basic customization, and fixing any bugs in the original template. Give us a chance to make things right.
6. Payment Processing
All payments go through Lemon Squeezy, a trusted payment processor. They handle billing securely. Refunds, when approved, follow their standard process.
